What people Usually ask
How fast will I receive a website or design?
A website (and a good one at that) takes at least one week to design and develop. However, it depends on what you’re looking for. Typical 5-page websites can easily be done in about 2 weeks, but e-commerce sites can take a lot longer depending on what you’re looking for.
For designs, I can have a first draft over to you within 48 hours depending on what you need. This covers logos, brand guides, and any other things you are looking for.
What programs do you design/develop in?
To keep things controlled, I primarily work in WordPress with the Divi Builder. For all designs, I use Figma and photoshop.
What if I don't like the design?
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 105% satisfied. I always tell people, “If you don’t say ‘I love it’ something is wrong”. Designs are all about what you need and should be personalized. We will work together to ensure that it’s done right.
Why do you use wordpress?
WordPress is open source, meaning you won’t get charged hefty prices for the base essentials. Unlike other website builders (Wix, Webflow, Weebly, etc) you can host your own website and can easily maintain your database and core files.
On top of that, you can pretty much do anything. E-commerce, classes, mentorship, and even video hosting. WP has unlimited possibilities.
WordPress is also the most widely used builder and is frequently updated. You don’t have to worry about crazy bugs or being dependant on a closed platform builder where you would have to redo everything if you leave.
In all the sites I’ve done, regardless of the project and scope, WP has always been my first choice.
How much do you charge?
Websites all start out at 3k. This includes the base package: 5 pages, custom design and fully developed in WordPress. A normal site can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to get fully done.
For larger sites, I simply charge on a page-per-page basis. EX: if your site is 100 pages, we are looking at a project price of around 20k. Typically, for people who are building their first-time websites, I will occasionally help out under the base price of around 1-2k depending on your needs. Sometimes, I’ll even consider doing it for free.
For hosting, I charge 40$ monthly for everything, including any plugins you may need for your site. You get extra storage, bandwidth, and most importantly, access to everything to scale up your businesses or venture.
