Our websites are hosted by 3rd party affiliates and operated, controlled, and managed from within the United States of America. Any and all information practices are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Utah, which may differ from current privacy laws in your state or home country. If you do not provide Personal Information, we may not be able to provide services or information to you, or enter commercial engagements with you.

We collect Personal Information directly from you when you register with the Website(s), subscribe to online services, or otherwise provide information directly to us. The following are examples of Personal Information that we may collect directly from you:

  • Age/Date of birth;

Product reports. If you contact us regarding a product experience, we may use the Personal Information you provide to generate complaints or adverse event reports.

We may use your Personal Information for marketing-related activities, including to communicate with you about our products, services, and company and to invite your participation in engagement opportunities (e.g., surveys). You can unsubscribe from marketing communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in each message.

Your privacy is very important to us.  We may disclose your Personal Information to certain third parties listed below, including third parties who provide us with various business services.  We will not sell your Personal Information.  We will not otherwise disclose your Personal Information without your consent, except where such disclosure is reasonably necessary for normal business operations and such disclosure is in accordance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. 

(a)    Affiliates

We may disclose Personal Information to our affiliated companies for the purposes described in this privacy notice, including for marketing purposes, and to be consistent with our goal of providing our consumers with the superior product and consumer experience that our customers have come to expect from us around the globe. Affiliates are those companies that are under control, involved in joint operation, or employed, contracted, and paid by Torvonic Studios for services rendered

(b)    Third parties/Service Providers

We may disclose your Personal Information to third-party service providers who provide services to us, such as:  Website hosting, professional services, including information technology services and related infrastructure, customer service, email delivery, auditing and other similar services.  We may also disclose your Personal Information to third parties to perform services you request or functions you initiate on the Website.  If we allow a third party to have access to your Personal Information, they will only be permitted access for purposes that are consistent with this privacy notice and will be required to protect your Personal Information in accordance with all applicable data protection laws.

(c)    Law enforcement

In certain circumstances, we may be called upon to release your Personal Information in response to a court order, subpoena, search warrant, law or regulation. We plan to cooperate in responding to such requests, taking appropriate measures to ensure that the requester understands the sensitive nature of the Personal Information that they may receive. We use Other Information or additional information that we collect for any purpose not prohibited by law.  We may collect, compile, store, publish, promote, report, sell, or otherwise disclose or use all Other Information, provided that such information does not personally identify you.  If we combine Other Information or additional information with Personal Information in a way that can identify or be used to identify you, we will treat that information as Personal Information. 

OUR SECURITY MEASURES

We have implemented reasonable safeguards designed to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of Personal Information provided or collected through the Websites.  Unfortunately, no system or online transmission of data can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and you should always take appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Information, including ensuring that you have up-to-date antivirus software.

PAYMENTS AND CONDITIONS

Please take the time to read and understand these terms and conditions. They govern your (your or you) use of the Torvonic Studios Website Building Service, Monthly Hosting, and Social Media Marketing. 

In these Terms, Content means all the content available on the Site, payment process, and any/all affiliates including tutorials, courses, videos, eBooks, sample files, and user forum content.

WEBSITE PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT CONTRACT

Applies to payments that are made every month during the duration of the payment agreement.

You understand and agree that you have committed to a contract. Torvonic Studios actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law and agreements. Upon agreement, you agree to pay (said amount upon payment agreement) at (said interval of time upon agreement). This is upheld aggressively and largely dependant on the honesty of both parties.

Breach of contract will result in legal action to remedy loss of assets, material, and company time.

TORVONIC STUDIOS HOSTING CONTRACT

Applies to payments that are made every month during the duration of the payment agreement.

You understand and agree that you have committed to a contract. Torvonic Studios actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law and agreements. Upon agreement, you agree to pay 40$ (forty dollars) at the beginning of every month for a period of 2 years. 

You understand that should you cancel your membership outside of the allotted time, you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to the total value of 6 monthly payments and the remaining value of your contract and calculated as [remaining months] x [monthly payment]. Any existing discounts will continue to apply.

Breach of contract will result in legal action to remedy the loss of assets, material, and company time.

TORVONIC STUDIOS MONTHLY MARKETING CONTRACT

Applies to payments that are made every month during the duration of the payment agreement.

You understand and agree that you have committed to a contract. Torvonic Studios actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law and agreements. Upon agreement, you agree to pay 20$ (twenty dollars) at the beginning of every month for a period of 1 year. 

You understand that should you cancel your membership outside of the allotted time, you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to the total value of 6 monthly payments and the remaining value of your contract and calculated as [remaining months] x [monthly payment]. Any existing discounts will cease to apply.

Breach of contract will result in legal action to remedy the loss of assets, material, and company time.

Refusal, suspension, or termination of membership

You understand that there is no refund policy upon first payment and/or entering agreement terms and contracts with Torvonic Studios. All money is non-refundable for services rendered and must be paid upon breach of contract.

You understand that should you cancel your membership outside of the allotted time, you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to the total value of 6 monthly payments or the remaining value of your contract calculated as [remaining months] x [monthly payment]. Any existing discounts will continue to apply (applies to applicable agreements).

We may, in our discretion, immediately restrict, suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Site if we consider you in breach of these Membership Terms, any other Site rules, or applicable law.

Rights to Content; intellectual property

Each item of Content is copyright of your business and does not belong to, or is property of Torvonic Studios. Services Rendered are aimed to modify website content and to maintain consistency, content, and assets of your business. Any changes, modifications, and content built and used on your website is owned by you and your organization.

You may freely use the procedures and techniques demonstrated in the Content (that is, the knowledge you gain) for any commercial or personal purpose.

Intellectual property complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require that you do the same.

Please contact us if you believe that your intellectual property or other rights are being affected by 3rd parties or Torvonic Studios.

If you are specifically making a copyright-based claim regarding Content, please forward the following information to us:

Except as provided in an applicable Non-excludable Law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or loss of profits which result from any use of or access to, or any inability to use or access, your business site.
