Terms and Conditions

The terms governing your use of DreamWeb Studios services and website.

Effective Date: February 27, 2026

Welcome to DreamWeb Studios. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging DreamWeb Studios for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DreamWeb Studios website, submitting a project inquiry, or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any other persons who access or use our website or services.

DreamWeb Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services Description

DreamWeb Studios provides web design, web development, mobile app UI/UX design, branding, App Store creative, website hosting, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement provided to the client before work begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our discretion, particularly in cases where project requirements fall outside our area of expertise or conflict with our values.

Intellectual Property

All content on the DreamWeb Studios website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design elements — is the property of DreamWeb Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent.

For client projects, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. DreamWeb Studios retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a written non-disclosure agreement states otherwise.

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, etc.) used in client projects remain subject to their respective license terms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, assets, and feedback required for the successful completion of their project. Delays caused by a client's failure to provide necessary materials or approvals may result in extended timelines and, where applicable, additional fees.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or materials they provide for use in their project do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. DreamWeb Studios is not liable for any claims arising from client-supplied materials.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each client's individual proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the following general terms apply:

  • A deposit is required before work begins on any project. The deposit amount will be outlined in the project proposal.
  • Remaining balances are due upon project completion or according to the milestone schedule defined in the agreement.
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee as outlined in the service agreement.
  • DreamWeb Studios reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project with outstanding unpaid invoices.

All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change for new projects but will remain fixed for the duration of an active agreement.

Limitation of Liability

DreamWeb Studios provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for excellence in every project, we make no warranties or guarantees — express or implied — regarding the results, performance, or outcomes of our work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamWeb Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination:

  • The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
  • DreamWeb Studios will provide the client with all completed deliverables up to the termination date upon receipt of final payment.
  • Any unreleased work, drafts, or works-in-progress remain the property of DreamWeb Studios until full payment is received.

DreamWeb Studios reserves the right to terminate any agreement immediately if the client engages in conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts in the jurisdiction where DreamWeb Studios operates.

Changes to Terms

DreamWeb Studios reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For active client projects, any material changes to these Terms that affect the scope or conditions of an existing agreement will be communicated directly to the client.
